Boaz | Founding Concierge & Business Administrator

Boaz brings his advanced background in healthcare ethics to the pet care industry, approaching every household as a sanctuary to protect rather than just a job site. Naturally sensitive and observant, Boaz excels at reading subtle shifts in a pet’s mood, physical well-being, and environment.

His empathy makes him the ideal caretaker for companions who require a calm, grounded presence, such as senior, special-needs, and anxious pets. His ongoing training in calisthenics and professional dance performance ensures he always has the physical strength, balance, and stamina to safely manage even the largest, most energetic creatures.

Boaz practices his meticulous standard of pet care daily in his own household. He manages the unique husbandry of his Ball Python, Sweet Potato, and provides dedicated daily care for George, the family’s special-needs cat, and Stella, the family’s senior dog.

Boaz’s meticulous standard of care continues with his own household, where he manages the strict husbandry of a ball python named Sweet Potato, alongside providing dedicated daily care for a special-needs cat, George, and a senior dog, Stella.

Margarita | Founding Concierge & Communications Lead

A first-generation Cuban-American born, raised, and educated in Tampa, Margarita brings deep local roots and a lifelong caretaking commitment to the Pet Concierge. Disciplined and courteous, she checks every detail during visits, staying vigilant so your home is perfectly secure while you’re away. She has experience with positive-reinforcement training, expertly managing energetic dogs—sometimes even dogs as large as her—to maintain a peaceful environment.

Margarita is fluent in both English and Spanish, and volunteers as a medical translator and patient advocate for her community. She has a sharp eye for photography, and loves to share photo updates of your pets. We’re honored to have her as our communications lead and social media manager.

Margarita’s dedication and grit are clear in the daily care she gives to her own household. She provides a pampered life for her family dog, Priscilla. There’s also Leopold the rescue cat, whom she found as a critically ill orphaned kitten. Margarita personally nursed him back to health, and Leopold is now a healthy, happy house cat.

Margarita especially loves Sphinx cats.
